Troy Rives serves as the Aftermarket Manager at Jim Myers & Sons, Inc. (JMS), bringing over nine years of experience in customer service, field service, and aftermarket sales within the engineered equipment industry. Troy oversees business development, engineering, and project management for the Aftermarket Parts and Service product unit, ensuring seamless support for new and existing JMS equipment, including flocculators, material handling systems, and actuators. 

Prior to his current role, Troy held key positions at JMS, including Aftermarket Sales Manager and Customer Service and Field Service Technician. His hands-on experience with field service startups and repair services has provided him with in-depth expertise in JMS products, enabling him to deliver exceptional customer support and innovative solutions. Troy is a tenacious manager known for his strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving. He is a proven leader with expertise in business development, customer service, and project management, consistently driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

During his free time, Troy enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling to the beach, and exploring the mountains of North Carolina. He also enjoys working on cars and motorcycles whenever he has the chance.
