For Students
The JMS Internship Program
Hands-on internships where students work alongside the team that designs and builds the equipment, with real projects and real responsibilities from day one.
The JMS Internship Program
JMS interns are not coffee-runners or filing-cabinet operators. Interns sit on the shop floor, in the engineering room, and across operations. The work that needs doing is the work you’ll do.
- $Engineering interns work on active JMS designs, from CAD detailing to specification reviews on real project files.
- $ Manufacturing interns spend time on the shop floor, learning fabrication, welding, and assembly alongside JMS makers.
- $Operations interns work across project management, quality control, and inventory functions.
- $Mentorship and full-time pathway: JMS hires from the program. Every intern is paired with a senior mentor and evaluated for full-time consideration at the end of the program.
