Keep material moving from the bottom up.

The JMS Bio-FRAME employs a sliding frame at the bottom of a storage bin, hopper, or silo, undercutting the material above while the frame moves away from the discharge, and carrying material when it moves toward the discharge point. It is commonly used for loading trucks or feeding sludges to solids pumps and conveyors. The Bio-FRAME varies in size from 10 to 1,000 cubic yards and in shape, from a rectangular ladder frame to a round elliptical frame.

By reciprocating across the vessel floor, the hydraulically driven Bio-FRAME maintains mass flow and prevents ratholing, so storage vessels discharge reliably.
