Bio-LEVEL-VSR Vertical Shaft Rotary Leveler
Fill the whole vessel from one shaft.
The JMS Bio-LEVEL-VSR (Vertical Shaft Rotary Leveler) rotates two raked arms to disperse sludge inside an enclosed storage vessel. The arms spread material out in a radius, so the vessel fills evenly instead of heaping under the inlet and more material fits in less space.
The VSR suits square hoppers and round silos, and rectangular hoppers may use two VSR levelers. It turns at low speed for a long service life. The disperser itself sits inside the vessel, so it is not visible from outside once installed.
