When storage space is at a premium, how evenly a vessel fills decides how much it actually holds. The JMS Bio-LEVEL-SCR (Leveling Screw) uses proven screw conveyor technology to level and disperse material along the length of the vessel, so it fills to a consistent depth instead of heaping under the inlet.
Filling evenly means the same volume of material fits in a shorter vessel, which lowers the overall height of the storage unit. The Bio-LEVEL-SCR runs horizontally along the top interior of a Bio-SILO, Bio-HOPPER or Bio-BIN, and is built to CEMA dimensional standards using standard screw conveyor components, so replacement parts are straightforward to source.
