Pitmaster for this team is Brian Phenegar, one of JMS’s longtime associates, and Managing Partner at Environmental Improvements, Inc. in Austin, Texas. The San Antonio Livestock Exposition is one of the largest and most prestigious events in the city of San Antonio emphasizing agriculture and education to develop the youth of Texas. The success of this event, as it has grown over the last 65 years, has been its world class rodeo action, positive impact on the community, entertainment, and financial support to Texas youth.
