For the thousands of JMS installations out there, we have as-built drawings, photographs and O&M manuals to assist in providing you the correct OEM high-quality parts for your equipment. Our vast experience and knowledge give us the ability to provide parts and components for equipment provided by other manufacturers as well.   

We provide assessment, inspection and preventative maintenance reports, phone diagnosis, field service support and after-hours service support to assist you in making sure that your system keeps performing.

Existing THP plant with four – 350 cubic yard JMS supplied storage hoppers with live bottom augers and slide gates feeding dewatered cake into downstream pumps for thermal hydrolysis processing.

JMS replaced heavy wear items to deliver a quick and cost-effective solution. A total of 16 complete live bottom assemblies including pneumatic seals, regulators, bearings, drive, and tail shafts were overhauled for a complete system life cycle management.
